Your responsibilities

  • You will lead procurement and SCM consulting projects and manage and organize project teams
  • You will analyze the current situation and develop customized solutions. In doing so, you will engage both top management and the front-line staff with equal confidence
  • You ensure the sustainable implementation of these measures with confidence and reliability
  • In addition to working with clients, you will help further develop our consulting services internally, secure new and repeat business, and support the growth of the amc Group.

Your Profile

  • You have a college degree (in business or engineering) and several years of professional experience in purchasing and/or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry or at consulting firms
  • In addition to initial leadership experience, you also have excellent project management skills
  • Analytical skills, conflict management, and time management are among your strengths. Your excellent communication and empathy skills make it easy for you to assert yourself, negotiate, give presentations, facilitate discussions, and motivate others
  • You are fluent in German and English and are proficient in the standard MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Visio, etc.)
